Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • With original tags attached (if applicable)
  • In the original packaging whenever possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Lingerie and intimate apparel
  • Swimwear without original hygiene liners
  • Earrings and certain jewelry items
  • Cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products that have been opened or used
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

How to Start a Return

Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorization.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or due to an error on our part.

Processing Returns

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your return.

If approved, your refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different size, color, or style, simply return the eligible item and place a new order.
